If you have purchased/inherited/acquired by donation or a user of an electrically supplied property

You must enter into a contractual relationship with ENERGO-PRO within 30 days. The service is free of charge.

You must provide a document certifying your ownership or right of use of the property.

If you have a rental agreement for an electric property

How should I transfer a batch for electricity?

The process of changing the holder of an electricity contract varies depending on the specific situation. Prepare the necessary documents and credentials and follow the steps below - structured subsections will facilitate orientation.

Submit an application to ENERGO-PRO

Prepare your identity document and/or power of attorney, if applicable, and fill in the Application for the sale of electricity.

Sign a purchase agreement

If necessary, additional information will be provided.

Receiving confirmation

You will receive information about your customer number.

Start of sale

It begins within 7 days after submission of the necessary documents and fulfillment of all conditions for accession.

Preparation of documents

Prepare and submit the documents for connection to the network in the ENERGO-PRO Service Center.

It is necessary to transfer the electricity batch in your own name within 30 days. Please bear in mind that if you do not enter into a contractual relationship for the sale of electricity, you will not be able to receive information about the object of consumption, including requesting inquiries, making signals and inquiries, requesting additional services to ENERGO-PRO Sales AD.
