How do I get a PIC?
The issuance of the PIK is carried out once, in person or through an authorized person, in a physical Customer Service Center of ENERGO-PRO.


A PIC can also be issued by submitting an application that is signed with a qualified electronic signature (QE), which is then sent to service@energo-pro.bg.
