What we offer

The opportunities before you

Interns and interns are not just “guests” in the company — they are active participants in the processes and often become part of our long-term team. We give them knowledge, but we also expect commitment, willingness to learn and respect for the profession.

Student practices and program “Young Electrician”

Students of vocational high schools in electrical engineering are given the opportunity to:

  • To get acquainted with the actual work of maintenance and construction of the electricity distribution network;
  • Participate in field and technical activities under the supervision of experienced mentors;
  • To acquire practical skills that cannot be learned only in a learning environment.

Your contribution: Motivated students often contribute energy, initiative and a desire to learn, which makes team work more dynamic and stimulating. In addition, their presence builds a strong link between education and real business.

Scholarship Program (for students)

Internships for students of electrical engineering majors provide the opportunity to:

  • Participation in real engineering projects — from planning to technical implementation;
  • Familiarity with power distribution systems, operating processes and software tools;
  • Work in an environment with high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

Your contribution: Many of the students bring to the team fresh ideas, a new point of view and up-to-date academic knowledge, which often provoke useful questions and innovations. They get involved in teamwork, support projects and even create solutions that are put into practice.

Internship Program

Young engineers who graduate soon arrive with enthusiasm and ambition, looking for an opportunity to:

  • Apply their knowledge in an environment with a high degree of responsibility and technological complexity;
  • Develop in different directions — from design and connection to operational work and maintenance;
  • Get first real experience under the guidance of mentors andtechnical managers.

Your contribution: Even without experience, young professionals often show high adaptability, willingness to learn and technological flexibility. They quickly get into rhythm and contribute to the fulfillment of everyday tasks, while building the foundation for a long-term career in the company.
