Welcome to ENERGO-PRO!
We finish this first page of the new challenge for you.

First step - successful! In the event that you receive a call from our Selection Specialist, the initial assessment of your profile is that it fully or partially corresponds to what we are looking for (so far only by documents). We will offer you a specific date and time for an appointment, preferring personal contact. Of course, we are also willing to offer an online meeting. This does not mean that the next step is to sign an employment contract! The most important part of the process is yet to come.

At ENERGO-PRO we value your time. Therefore, at the first meeting, in addition to the Selection Specialist, your direct supervisor will be included in the conversation with you.
Usually (in 99% of cases) the choice with us is made from this one meeting.
The conversation begins with an invitation to introduce yourself in the light of the position for which we see each other, to outline your achievements and peaks, accumulated knowledge and experience. It will be useful for us not only to hear about your successes, but also to tell us what you have learned from your mistakes.
The direct supervisor will ask you specific, technical/expert questions to understand what your level of expertise is and how we can use it most effectively and successfully.
Of course, you also interview us — once we present the position with its main duties, responsibilities and character, you will have the opportunity to ask your questions so that at the end of the conversation you have all the information you need regarding the position you are applying for.
Usually the duration of a meeting is up to 40 minutes.
Depending on the position, we may use additional language, professional or other tests. That way we better understand your strengths.
If we have invited you for an interview, at each stage of the process, as well as after its completion, you will receive feedback, because it is important for us to know at what stage the selection process is personally for you.
The usual deadline for returning feedback after an interview is up to 2 weeks, by contacting you by phone and communicating the result to you personally.
We try to make the process as clear as possible, short, pleasant and tailored to you, because we believe that the right people are found with understanding and respect. This is how we meet really interesting, new people and even if we don't shake hands for a specific position, we know that at the next opportunity we can look for you, as you do us!

The moment of truth! If after the conversation we feel confident that you are the right person for us — you get an Offer.
And again, to help you make the right choice for yourself, we have a strict bidding process in 4 (four) steps:
- You receive a call from the Selection Specialist, who informs you that you have been selected for the position and explains the next steps;
- You receive by email from the Selection Specialist a detailed, written Offer for familiarization (deadline for response to an offer in ENERGO-PRO is usually 2 (two) days);
- When you get acquainted with the offer, you return a call to the Selection Specialist to talk about each individual and important detail for you — again, we aim to be transparent!
- You accept the opportunity to become part of the ENERGO-PRO team by replying in writing to the received email with the offer with the simple: “I accept the offer!”

We end this first page of the new challenge for you with a start date, necessary documents for appointment and a sincere wish for success!
And no, you are not alone in the process! A specialist from the Human Resources department will assist you in your coming to us, and also in your first months while you are orienting yourself.
And then onboarding, team welcome and introduction to the ENERGO-PRO culture awaits you, together with your new colleagues!

Director (Acting) Human Resources
Diyan Borisov began his professional career in the company in 2008 as an intern. Even then, the opportunity to get involved in the internship program allows him to touch on the nature of the job before making his choice. He is involved in a variety of activities and initiatives, which helps him to consolidate his interest in a particular profile. The Human Resources department shows him that he can develop many qualities — from analytical skills and effective business communication to participation in projects, financial planning, management and creation of new processes. He discovered the opportunity to contribute with creativity, objectivity and a human attitude — and this is what has earned him for the profession for more than two decades.
His choice of ENERGO-PRO as an employer has its background. Even with the beginning of his higher education, he believed that theory alone was not enough. Therefore, already in the first year, he joined AIESEC, where he built practical business skills that the university could not give. Through contacts with real businesses at the age of 19, he gets to know different structures and participates in projects, which helps him realize that his place is where there is mission and significance — among thousands of colleagues. It was through one of these meetings that he learned about the ENERGO-PRO internship program, and that turned out to be enough to make the decision to join the company from the third year.
When describing his work day, he uses one word — “dynamic.” His responsibilities include selection, evaluation of labor performance, training and development of human capital. This means that there is no “ordinary day” for him. Each day brings different priorities — one day the focus is the selection and hiring of talent; the next — planning of training initiatives; the third — organizing performance evaluation systems, performance analysis and communication with directors and executives. Almost every day something new appears that charges him.
It is easiest for him to explain his work by the fact that Human Resources helps businesses make key decisions by managing one of the most important resources — people. At the same time, HR is the trusted colleague to whom you can turn for support and advice. What remains a mystery to his friends is what attitude it takes to be human with the person opposite — 100%, eight hours a day, every day.
In his daily life, it is the dynamics that make him feel that he is in the right place. Uniform tasks are not his environment.
Among the main challenges it places persuading the different parties in the right direction, especially in situations of change. Managing expectations and conveying the right messages so that the business continues to evolve upwards is a task of increased difficulty. His “superpower” is expertise and accumulated experience — situations from which he has learned not only through achievements, but also through mistakes.
If his work was a book or a song, he defines it as business consulting, reminding himself of one of his favorite books — “Influence. Psychology of Persuasion” by Robert Chaldini.
Thanks to his work at ENERGO-PRO, he discovered in himself a high level of adaptability — a key skill in the field of human resources.
Part of the corporate culture that most “gets under his skin” is respect for hierarchy. From day one, he notices the clear roles, clear expectations and role models from which he can learn. Today, already as part of the management staff, he seeks to maintain the same principle. He believes that respect for authority can only enrich — as long as one makes the right choice about whom to perceive as authority.
His personal life and professional mission intersect naturally — his relatives and friends recognize in him the desire to help people. He advised them on how to structure their CV, how to deal with challenges with colleagues or supervisors, and the power of properly submitted feedback. He is convinced that his approach and skills are due to the real business experience he has gained at ENERGO-PRO.
The most valuable thing that a future colleague would like to know is that starting in a new place is stressful for everyone, but the Human Resources function in ENERGO-PRO is open and supportive. HR here is not just an administrative unit — the people from the Directorate are at your side at every stage of your professional path.
His first evidence of personal growth is not promotion, although he brings strong motivation. The real sign comes at the beginning of his position as a specialist, when he receives the task of organizing training in project management. After a thorough research, he selects a contractor — a leading company on the market. In the course of the negotiations, in the presence of his director and the managers of the firm, he asks a key question about the trainers, which initially creates tension, but then brings him praise and recognition. This courage leads to successful negotiations and ideally conducted training. It is such moments that show him that he can do more.
That “pleasant tension” at work comes from the satisfaction that thanks to him and his team, the wheel of the business model is moving forward. For him, there is nothing more satisfying than seeing a colleague's personal success story unfold — and knowing that he was part of that process.

Customer Service Specialist, Customer Service Center, C. Tarnovo
Ilian's professional path began with his higher education at the Economic Academy “Dimitar A. Tsenov “in Svishtov, at the Faculty of Finance, specialty “Insurance and Social Affairs”. Immediately after graduation, he began working in a banking financial institution, where for more than twelve years he accumulated valuable experience and skills in customer service. It is this long-term contact with people and various case studies that builds in him confidence, patience and a strong sense of responsibility towards work.
His path to ENERGO-PRO began rather by accident. His wife gets the advertised position at JOBS.BG and offers it to him as an opportunity for a more secure and stable job. The idea of becoming part of an established company operating in a sector that implies sustainability and long-term employment becomes the main motive for applying. Today it is clear that this decision was completely correct.
He describes his work as extremely diverse and engaging. In ENERGO-PRO it is difficult to talk about an “ordinary” working day. Every day is different, dynamic and filled with diverse situations. His daily life is related to direct communication with customers, receiving requests, inquiries and signals, which often require coordination with other departments and teams in the company. He works with various systems and documentation, solves emerging cases and looks for the best solution for the client. It is this dynamic that makes his work interesting, and often imperceptibly comes the end of the working day. Within a day, various “plots”, emotions and situations can alternate, which keep attention awake and make the work interesting.
What makes him feel “in the right place” the most is the team. He works with colleagues he can rely on at all times, and the sense of teamwork makes even difficult days easier. The habit of helping each other, approaching calmly and looking for a solution together is gradually carried beyond the office. He himself notices that he has become more patient, more open to people and more confident in difficult situations and in his personal life.
The challenges in his daily life come mostly from the diversity in the characters and individual situations of the customers. It is often faced with specific and complex cases in which it is important to first understand the real need of the person opposite. His “superpower” in these moments is patience and understanding of the client's problem. The ability to listen, stay calm and react adequately turns out to be key to a good result. The moment “go, go!” occurs when an urgent or complex case arises and it all depends on its quick response. Then the dynamics, the need for concentration and finding a solution bring him a pleasant tension and motivate him to give his best.
Satisfaction with a job well done and support in the team are a major source of motivation for him. The first tangible evidence of his professional growth is the moment when he begins to independently and confidently solve more complex client cases. This shows him that he has mastered work processes, developed creativity and can react calmly even in non-standard situations.
The most valuable thing a future colleague would like to know about this place is that ENERGO-PRO offers stability, clear standards and a high level of professionalism. It is an environment with real opportunities for learning and development, in which a person who works responsibly and with attitude can truly feel in place.

Senior specialist in the “Customer Service” department of the company ENERGO-PRO, tells about his path in the profession and his daily work life.
According to Pavlina, the profession actually chose her herself, thanks to her husband, who is a longtime employee of the same company. He told her about the stability and integrity of the company, as well as good working conditions, pay and social benefits. This motivated her to look at job opportunities there, and later she came across a job advertisement and decided to apply. This decision proved to be the right one, as it brought her a lot of new knowledge in the field of energy, a subject that was complex but interesting for her.
Pavlina's daily work routine is not like a single day. Every day is different, because in his work he meets different clients — from smiling and satisfied to more hostile. Depending on the case, customers can express gratitude or pounce on themselves with criticism. But whatever happens, Pavlina always strives to be welcoming, polite and keep her smile. For her, the easiest explanation of the work is that it deals with the processing of questions and requests of customers, trying to provide them with accurate and up-to-date information about the company's services. The biggest challenge, however, remains the complexity of the processes that the company manages, and it is they that remain a mystery to its friends.
Despite the differences in working days, there are moments that make her feel in the right place. One of them is when he hears the word “Thank you” from a customer who is satisfied with the service. She says that her superpower is the ability to quickly and accurately understand exactly what the client wants, even when he is not quite clear in his statement. When her work has to be likened to a song or a book, Pavlina chooses the genre of action because her work is dynamic and full of tension, although sometimes there are moments of comedic situations.
Over time, Pavlina has discovered many new skills and qualities for herself, thanks to her work at ENERGO-PRO. First of all, she has learned to be more patient and find a way to solve difficult situations, especially when the client comes with a problem. In addition, she has deepened her knowledge in the energy sector and learned how to be prepared when visiting various institutions, and to show patience with employees who are also in a similar situation.
As part of ENERGO-PRO's corporate culture, Pavlina applies in her daily life the importance of accuracy and correctness in communication. She says that she often faces problems in an office environment, but this has helped her to be more effective in her personal life as well. The link between her personal life and her professional mission lies in the transparency and honesty she professes both in her work and in her personal relationships.
As for the advice she would give to future colleagues, Pavlina emphasizes the importance of being the face of the company and welcoming customers with a smile and competence, even when it takes time to absorb a large amount of information. The work team is cohesive, they always help each other and she would gladly welcome new colleagues to the company.
The biggest proof of her growth in the company is that she can now understand the demands of customers much faster and easier, regardless of the way they express their needs. And when she manages to help the client, and he is satisfied, then the moment “go, go!” activates and charges her with positive energy to continue with her tasks with even more inspiration.
