How is power restored in case of late payments?
  • In order to restore the power supply, you must pay your overdue electricity obligations, the accrued statutory default interest on them, and the costs of interrupting and restoring the power supply.
  • The restoration of electricity is carried out on the day following the payment of all arrears.

What is the best way to pay?
  • In order for the payment to arrive immediately, it is most appropriate to make a payment in cash, at the cash desks in our Customer Service Centers and at the cash desks of Bulgarian Posts. The amounts are reflected immediately.
  • Please note that payments at EasyPay cash desks, by bank transfer or online through the ENERGO-PRO website, enter the ENERGO-PRO system within two working days at the latest.

Restoring the power supply
The refund is made on the day following the payment of all arrears.
Request an Express Refund
- by phone: ‍ 0700 800 61
- in the Customer Service Center until 17:00
In case of emergency — use the Contact Center
- in the Customer Service Center until 17:00
- in Bulgarian Posts until 18:00.
The electricity supply is refunded until 12:00 on the next working day, and in the case of express service on the same working day on which the amounts due were paid, only on condition that the payment was made before 18:00.

How can I be informed about an overdue obligation and subsequent interruption of electricity supply?

You can register a mobile number or e-mail address to receive notifications about late payment and impending power outages:

  • On the website of the company https://update.energo-pro.bg/;
  • In our Customer Service Centers (here you can see their addresses);
  • To our e-mail service@energo-pro.bg.

Important! ENERGO-PRO Sales is not responsible for notifications not reaching their recipients due to outdated phone number/email address or in case of problems with their delivery by the respective mobile operator/Internet provider.

How long after paying the refund fee will my power be restored?

The company provides customers with ordinary and express power restoration services, according to Price list of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD:

  • In the ordinary service, the power supply is refunded at 12:00 on the next working day after payment by you;
  • In the express service, the power supply is restored within six astronomical hours after payment by you.

Important! Express service must be requested at our Customer Service Centers (here you can see their addresses) or at the cash desks of Bulgarian Posts AD, on a working day until 18:00.

Can you restore my power on weekends and holidays?

No. Refunds are made only on working days and after payment of all amounts due.

If I pay by bank/electronic/at Easy Pay cash desks, when will you refund my power?

If you pay by bank/electronic/ at Easy Pay cash desks, the electricity will be refunded on the next working day, after the day on which the payment is received on the bank account of ENERGO-PRO Sales.

What is the most appropriate way to pay a bill if I want the payment to arrive to you as quickly as possible because I am worried about an impending power outage?

Payments in the ENERGO-PRO Customer Service Center and part of the cash desks of partner Bulgarian Posts, mainly in large settlements, are reflected in the information system at the time of their execution.
