Working hours and leave

  • + 10 additional days per year when studying in a specialty close to and related to the position held
  • + Additional days of leave for an internship in the energy sector over 5 years

  • Remote work, according to internal policy - up to 40% of working days, only for administrative positions, after approval by the Direct Supervisor, valid after the first year of appointment.
