Duties and responsibilities
- To directly advise our current and potential clients on the services provided;
- To accept and register in specialized software written customer requests, complaints and objections related to services provided in the ENERGO-PRO Varna group;
- To make cash payments;
- To provide information and advice on the sale of electricity on a free market;
- Take care of the proper processing of the documents accompanying your work.
Requirements for the candidate
Basic requirements
- Secondary education (minimum requirement);
- Experience in direct customer service (in the field of banks, telecommunications companies or others related to direct customer service);
- Experience in working with cash payments.

- Experience working with software programs;
- Advanced level of work with MS Office.
Other skills
- Finding a successful approach in advising clients;
- Ability to work under voltage with intensive customer flow;
- Perform tasks qualitatively and on time;
- Adaptability to change.
