ENERGO-PRO won two awards in different categories at this year's edition of Employer Branding Awards 2026, organized by b2b Media. The awards are for two key programs of the company for the development and management of human capital.

In the “Employer Branding Project” category, the company received second place recognition for its OnBoarding program for the commercial structure — a comprehensive process for introducing new employees, which begins even before the first working day and includes mentoring support, specialized trainings and work in a real environment. The program provides faster adaptation, confident start and sustainable development of sales teams.

In the category “Management of New Employees” the company received second place for the program “Training in the Electrician profession” — a strategic initiative of ERP North aimed at overcoming the shortage of technical personnel. Through it, the company invests in the training of new specialists and creates opportunities for professional realization in the energy sector, appointing candidates who have successfully completed theoretical and practical training for permanent positions in the company.

The awards were received by Diyan Borisov, Director of Human Resources, who during the ceremony stressed the importance of consistent investments in people development and the role of strong HR policies for business sustainability in conditions of increased competition for talent. The ENERGO-PRO Group has consistently upgraded its policies for attracting, training and retaining employees, focusing on the long-term development of people and the sustainability of teams.

With the awards received, ENERGO-PRO confirms its position as a responsible employer who invests in modern HR practices and in building the next generation of specialists in the increasingly challenging labor market in Bulgaria.
