ENERGO-PRO warns against false electronic invoices on behalf of Group companies

ENERGO-PRO informs its customers that false messages have been received by e-mail, which in appearance resemble electronic invoices sent to customers. These announcements have nothing to do with the companies of the ENERGO-PRO Varna Group.

The company advises its customers to treat with caution emails received in the form of electronic invoices for electricity, carefully checking the sender's address. Electronic invoices issued by ENERGO-PRO are always sent as an attachment in PDF format and from specific emails with domains listed below. If a customer receives an electronic message that does not meet these conditions, it should be borne in mind that it was not sent by ENERGO-PRO and opening it carries a risk of infection with a computer virus.

How to protect ourselves?

Verify email address — check the sender's address and make sure it is the sender's, for whom it is presented as follows: when hovering the mouse over the email address (without clicking on it), the extension of the emails sent by ENERGO-PRO can be only one of the following:

• @energo -pro.bg
• @erpsever .bg
• @eproes .bg

If the sender of the email is listed as ENERGO-PRO, and the sender's email extension is not one of those listed, accept that the letter is questionable and do not click it.
Point to a link in a letter: When you hover over a link/link in an email, a small bubble pops up to show you where the link will take you. If the real link does not correspond to the sender or does not correspond to the expected, accept that the letter is doubtful and do not click on it.

Attachments: If the email is from an obscure or unknown sender, you do not open the attachments until you have clarified the real sender.
