ENERGO-PRO launched a renewed corporate website, which is part of the company's long-term strategy for digital transformation and improvement of the customer experience. The new online platform offers a modern vision, improved functionality and easier access to key information and services for domestic and corporate customers. The updated website brings together the websites of the three companies of the Group — ENERGO-PRO Varna, ENERGO-PRO Sales and ENERGO-PRO Energy Services — in a common digital space. This ensures clearer and more consistent communication, better user orientation and more effective presentation of ENERGO-PRO's activities and services.

Through the platform, domestic customers can update their customer data, pay bills online via a virtual POS terminal, check information about planned power outages, as well as receive e-mail notifications about upcoming planned outages in their area.
