ERP North Launches Internship Program for Electrical Installers and Electrical Engineers

ERP North has announced the launch of a paid internship program aimed at future electricians and electrical engineers. Vacancies for trainee electrician have been opened in the cities of Varna, Ruse, Dobrich, Shumen and Gorna Oryahovitsa. For Ruse, Shumen and Varna, positions for trainee electrical engineer have also been announced.
The program lasts six months and provides for the conclusion of a fixed-term employment contract on an 8-hour working day, with the possibility of 4-hour employment. Participants will receive a gross monthly remuneration of 650 euros. The campaign is aimed at active third and fourth year students, as well as masters studying in electrical engineering or other technical specialties. The trainees will have the opportunity to engage in the technical activities of the company on a pre-agreed schedule and gain practical experience in a real working environment of a large international company.
Among the main duties during the internship are assistance in the prevention and maintenance of power lines and substations, in accordance with the regulatory requirements and the acquired qualifications. Interns will be expected to participate in the ongoing maintenance and repair of the electricity distribution network. Administrative tasks related to the activity are also provided.
The aim of the initiative is to attract and prepare young professionals who, through real practice and mentoring, develop as qualified electricians and electrical engineers. After successful completion of the internship, participants will have the opportunity for long-term realization in the company. In this way, ERP North invests in the construction and development of human capital and ensures continuity in the technical divisions.
