Public discussion of a draft amendment to the “General conditions for access and transmission of electric energy through the electricity distribution network of “Elektrodistribuenie North” AD

Pursuant to the provision of § 15 of the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Energy Act (Journal of Laws, Gazette, No. 67 of 2025) Elektrodistribuenie North AD prepared a draft amendment to “General conditions for access and transmission of electric energy through the electricity distribution network of “Elektrodistribuenie North” AD “(General Terms and Conditions). With the proposed amendments, the company brings its General Terms and Conditions in line with the changes in the Energy Act.

The General Terms and their amendments are subject to approval by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC). Before submitting them for approval to the EWRC, the company should conduct a public consultation procedure. In this regard, on 05.09.2025. Elektrodistribuenie North AD launched a procedure for public discussion of the draft amendment to the “General conditions for access and transmission of electric energy through the electricity distribution network of “Elektrodistribuenie North” AD”. The project is published on the company's website and is placed in all Customer Service Centers.
