Deadlines for change of owner or user for objects on the free market

Dear customers and partners,

According to the provisions of Art. 102a of the Electricity Trade Regulations (PTEE), the change of owner or user to a free market object is registered from the 1st of the month. We would like to inform you that in order to comply with this deadline, for objects that change ownership from 01.01.2026, it is necessary to submit the application for change of owner or user for a free market object in accordance with Art. 102a of the TEE by 19.12.2025, inclusive. In the event that the object will continue to be supplied by the current supplier or the new owner or user has entered into a contract with a new supplier, then at the date of submission of the application, the same should have concluded a contract with the supplier and with Elektrodistribuenie Sever AD.
