Important information for customers of ENERGO-PRO Energy Services EAD

Dear customers,

We inform you that from 01.01.2026 we are going to implement advanced invoicing software, through which we aim to increase the level of digitalization and offer you a more flexible service.

• In connection with the settings of the new system, in the period after the beginning of 2026, delays in the process of issuing and sending invoices are possible, and we thank you in advance for your understanding.
• For customers who use several customer numbers to date, it is envisaged to combine them into one, information about which will be available in the first issued invoice.
• As of this date, in our Customer Service Centers it will not be possible to pay amounts for invoices and services of ENERGO-PRO Energy Services EAD.

By bank transfer, through:

Payment order — the amount due is transferred to the account of ENERGO-PRO Energy Services EAD, entered in the concluded contract or annex thereto (if any) as follows:

Important: An invoice number and/or customer number is indicated in the payment basis. For customers who have used more than one customer number so far and after 01.01.2026 wish to continue paying separately for their obligations, they should specify a parameter - customer number with billing group, which is written on the invoice, immediately below the customer number.

On the Internet through:

- electronic banking through the website of your servicing bank

- electronic payment system ERAU.bg (www.ePay.bg).

In cash:

- on site at EasyPay cash desks

With the introduction of the new invoicing software, electronic payments through ERAU.bg and cash payments in EasyPay will be carried out in an online exchange, which will allow them to be immediately reflected as paid.
