The payment of electricity bills in the branches of “Bulgarian Post” in the regional cities of North-East Bulgaria is temporarily suspended

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that as of 03.09.2025, the possibility of payment of electricity bills in the branches of “Bulgarian Post” in the regional cities of Varna, Dobrich, Shumen, Targovishte, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Ruse, Razgrad and Silistra ceases. The change affects only the territory of cities. Post offices in nearby smaller settlements continue to accept payments on electricity bills in the usual order.

For the convenience of its customers ENERGO-PRO Sales provides a number of alternative options for cash and cashless payment of obligations for consumed electricity, namely:

• By bank transfer through an ATM with commercial identification code 50003;
• By payment order on account with UniCredit Bulbank, IBAN: BG80UNCR70001523953311, BIC: UNCRBGSF, with the specified reason for payment customer number;
• By pre-requested direct debit from a bank account;
• On the website of ENERGO-PRO: https://vp.energo-pro.bg/ - for amounts up to 1000 BGN;
• Through electronic banking through the website of your servicing bank;
• Through the electronic payment system ERAU.bg;
• In customer centers of ENERGO-PRO;
• In the EasyPay partner network
