Herb garden in Sunny Daga DG, town. Varna

An interesting and useful project for children was implemented within the ENERGO-PRO initiative for society. In the yard of the “Sunny Rainbow” DG in the sea capital, the children from the kindergarten have sown and are already growing different types of herbs — oregano, basil, rosemary, mint, thyme. Part of the visiting herbs have already grown, and little girls and boys take care of them, watering them, cleaning them from weeds and looking forward to plucking the first petals of the finished herbs. All parents, teachers and directors welcomed the ENERGO-PRO initiative, which enables the realization of various projects in support of children's development. In Varna region alone, several kindergartens and schools have already implemented their ideas for improving the environment in which children are educated.

The herb garden in the “Sunny Rainbow” DG will help to build in children the foundations of an ecological culture and a positive emotional attitude towards nature through practical-research activity and understanding the role of man as a factor in the sustainable development of the environment.
