“ENERGO-PRO Sales” AD launches procedure for public discussion of draft General Terms and Conditions for Sale of Electric Energy

In fulfillment of its obligations under Art. 128 of Ordinance No. 3 of 21.03.2013 on licensing of activities in the energy sector (vol. DV., issue 33 of 05.04.2013), with today ENERGO-PRO Sales AD launched a procedure for public discussion of the draft General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Electricity under Art. 98a of the Energy Act.

The draft General Terms and Conditions for the sale of electricity of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD is published on the website www.energo-pro.bg and in all Customer Service Centers.
